We only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the items arrival to its destination for damaged products only, contact us at info@dianebeautysupply.ca to receive return address and Return Authorization number.

  • What type of Warranty do you provide?
  • If the item fails to operate within 60 days of delivery then please follow our return procedure.

REFUNDS GENERALLY ARE DONE IMMEADIATELY AND NO LONGER THAN 1 BUSINESS DAY.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I received an Out of Stock message. What happens?

It is possible to order an item, and then later receive a message that we are out of stock.At any time, till we have actually shipped, you can cancel any single item of your order, or your complete order.If an item is out of stock,we should notify you via email within 3 days of you placing your order.

 

We generally dont accept returns, if we do the order will be subject to 15% restocking fee. Thank you
